These are the incredible artists that I got to work with!

The Werewolf makeup was done by James Vincent. As Director of Artistry for The Makeup Show, The Powder Group and On Makeup Magazine James is fortunate enough to work with makeup lines and makeup artists at all levels of the industry. Over the years James Vincent’s passion for the art of makeup has included nearly every genre of makeup artistry. Film and theatre, television and celebrity work, editorial and runway work and includes training and product development positions for such companies as MAC, Stila, CNN and Lancome. James is the co-founder of the hip, niche makeup line Pretty Pretty and now focuses his career on working internationally in fashion, film, theater and editorial. His resume includes clients as diverse as designers Ashton Michael, Charlotte Ronson and Ashley Paige and celebrities Lady Gaga, Liv Tyler, Joan Jett and Jane Fonda. Having worked with photographers including Alexander Thompson, Mike Ruiz and David Lachapelle James work has been seen on the cover of Paper and Atomic and in magazines including ID, Index, Wonderland, and Surface. He has been featured on numerous television shows as a beauty expert such as NBC Universal’s Home Delivery and NBC’s The Today Show. James has also worked in television as key artist for shows including American Idol and on stage for productions including Roundabout Theatre’s “The Philanthropist.” Nylon magazine and WWD have named James as a “makeup artist to watch”. The Vampire makeup was done by Joe Dulude II who is probably best known as the Makeup Designer for Wicked The Musical. The last eight years have taken Joseph world wide for film, television, runway shows and theatre. Joseph was Vanessa Williams’ personal make-up stylist for the Broadway show Into the Woods. He has also worked on such stars as Jennifer Tilly, Tracey Ullman, Cynthia Nixon, Jules Asner and Linda Lopez. In the television world, he served as a Key Makeup Artist for E! Entertainment and the Style Network. Joseph has also created notable runway looks heading makeup teams for major fashions shows including Diesel, Lady Enyce, House of Field, Imitation of Christ and Catherine Malandrino. shows and theatre. One side of the business that has been picking up is real estate photography. I’ve been photographing with a few builders lately.

I’ve photographed brand new homes going on the market and completely staged homes being photographed for print ads.

This was taken for Aura Day Spa. Not only did I do all the photographs for the site, but I built the site as well.

I’ve done events for charities, no matter how big or small.

Construction photography has been in my business for quite a while. I’ve photographed the construction and demolition of buildings for major construction companies. Each shoot was done on a monthly basis over the course 3-14 months.

I did an initial conversion of the images for the website, but I’m not sure how happy I am with the way they came out. So I’m going to do a different conversion for web images and hopefully they will look a little nicer (not that they don’t already). I’m just picky. The owner of the spa was really thrilled with the way everything came out. I’m going back to the spa to take some more photos of product and the rest of the rooms.

I just photographed a really nice day spa in East Haven. Aura Day Spa opened a little while ago, and the therapists there came from other day spas in the area. This ended up being more than just photos for me. I just finished building their website too. I’ll let you know when it goes live! It contains the following images, and more. The owner was so thrilled with the way everything came out, I’m going to go back and shoot some more images.

This was tricky. It’s 6 vertical shots combined into one. I took a similar shot with a fish eye, but it got too curvy. The wide angle wasn’t enough. So a stitching I went.

I noticed once I posted it here that one is missing… and the random screw in the wall. Retake?
